I had the most amazing massage, Sue gave me a shoulder and neck massage, working out so many knots and areas of tension. I also had a relaxing facial massage, which left my skin glowing. This back and shoulder massage  focuses on relieving tension and stress in the upper body, targeting  the neck, shoulders, and upper back. I use a combination of gentle strokes and deeper pressured techniques, using the hands, forearms and albows where necessary to ease muscle stiffness, improve circulation, and promote relaxation.
