Katie, right off the bat, made me feel so relaxed and at ease, explained everything she was going to do, was excited to be a part of my first waxing experience, and she was a godsend from beginning to end. She explained how often she would recommend keeping up with the waxing, how my waxing might look different because it was my very first time, helped me with recommendations for after care, everything. The best place for eyebrow shaping and lash lifts! My lash lifts always last 8 weeks or more. The office is easy to find now that construction in the area is finished and the esthetician, Katie, is awesome and so professional. Also, the products are high-end and don't bother my skin, so I would recommend this for people with sensitive skin.
