First time man spa experience, Mani, Pedi, Facial and eyebrows. Pros Relaxing environment (enough to fall asleep) Felt beautiful afterwards Felt great afterwards Nails were shiny (who knew?) Face was GLOWING and eyebrows on fleek Cons Wish it lasted longer because it was so relaxing.

I had an absolutely AMAZING facial with Parthena! My skin was glowing and I saw a significant difference. Trying my best to not touch my face, but it's hard to resist cause it's so soft. Parthena was super nice and friendly, and she also gave me some face product samples to take home. Will definitely be coming back regularly! It was a true spa experience and I would highly recommend.

As always, my appointment with Laura was great! Aerolase lazer and dermaplane (not sure if I spelled those correctly) made my face feel much better! Laura is a great conversationalist and always lifts up my spirits!

I had an incredible facial at Spa at the Madison. Rena, the owner, did my treatment personally and she is truly amazing at what she does. She made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in, and her expertise and attention to detail were obvious throughout the entire facial. My skin felt refreshed, clean, and glowing afterwards. One of the best facials I’ve ever had. The spa itself is warm, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. I went in scared, as I'd never gotten anything waxed before, and I was getting my eyebrows, my chin, and a Brazilian. Katie, right off the bat, made me feel so relaxed and at ease, explained everything she was going to do, was excited to be a part of my first waxing experience, and she was a godsend from beginning to end. She explained how often she would recommend keeping up with the waxing, how my waxing might look different because it was my very first time, helped me with recommendations for after care, everything. She's perfect if you're looking for someone to help you for your first time

Katie is an absolute delight. Charming, funny, and professional. She makes me feel just a comfortable with my clothes on or off.
