Came to see Ali on Thursday night as the tension and strain in my neck and shoulders was becoming unbearable, I had such an amazing treatment and I left feeling lighter and less scrunched up, I came home and slept like a baby and I’ve woke up this morning pain free for the first time in months of not years. I visited The Lotus Beauty Rooms the other day with a absolute belter of a migraine, I thought i would have to cancel but so pleased I didn't.... I told Emma what was going on, she then told me to lay on the couch & relax. What came next was an hour of sheer bliss... Emma performed a relaxing massage, cupping, Thai reflexology & then told me to turn over & lay on my back. She then on to do acupuncture, cranial massage & also and upper back & neck massage.. Absolutely unbelievable & I felt like a new person with a new head. The Lotus Beauty Rooms just keeps on getting better & better ♥️♥️♥️♥️

A gorgeous lymphatic drainage massage including some fast cupping. Margaret done an amazing job I felt so cosy and the massage was relaxing but afterwards I could really feel the benefits of the massage techniques used. The relaxation I got from the massage has continued all day. If you suffer with pain and need to relax this is the massage for you. Thank you Margaret for a lovely treatment

I went for a post event massage with Ollie as a result of feeling muscle soreness and tight hips from pre season football training/friendlies. Started with helpful mobilisation exercises to improve hip mobility and then a massage of my quads, hamstrings, and calf’s. Really good to ease muscle soreness and improve recovery… would definitely recommend at great value.
