Lisa is just amazing. The Indian head massage and back and shoulder massage was just what I needed. On my return home, my husband said I looked better and more energised (he didn't know I had gone for a treatment). Considering I can re arrange furniture without him noticing I would say this was significant! Thank you Lisa and look forward to more treatments with you.

I booked a massage session with Emma and had a really lovely experience. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and well looked after. I was able to try a few different treatment options during the session, which made it feel really personalised rather than rushed. Emma clearly knows what she’s doing and takes the time to make sure you’re relaxed and at ease. I left feeling so much better and will definitely be booking in again. Highly recommend.

Sabrina took her time on my nails, gave them a lovely shape & helped me pick out the colours. All the staff there are lovely

Although I have had biab done at the Lotus Rooms,today was my first pedicure.The whole experience was relaxing and I'm so happy with the results.i have been in beauty rooms before it haven't always felt comfortable,but the girls at The Lotus rooms,are friendly and approachable if you are unsure about any treatments they are happy to explain everything to you.Once again thank you.
