First visit to Acer beauty having found availability on Fresha and then finding the instagram page and reading about Ellie, her experience and having just started up here in Carlisle. I booked in and had one of the best massages I’ve ever had ‘the Signature’ it was just what I needed and so relaxing. Ellie was lovely, and put me totally at ease visiting somewhere for the first time. It’s a lovely relaxing space with a warm welcome and the bonus of parking at the door. I would highly recommend

Well..... That was a funny appointment with Emma today 🤣 I booked in for some waxing in the nether regions & was quite worried as not been waxed since before lock down 😬 Well, I had nothing to worry about as we laughed so much that the pain was no where as bad as what I thought it was going to be & the service was again excellent, so thanks again ginger ninja & I'll catch you soon ❤🥂

I have been to the Lotus Rooms on a number of occasions , today I saw Luce for some waxing , she is an excellent beautician and the whole process was relaxing and pain free , lovely young lady and I have booked her again for Monday to have my nails and toes painted . I would highly recommend

Her salon is such a warm, cozy, and relaxing space. ​I’ve had a variety of treatments including BIAB nails, pedicures, facials and waxing, and Ellie’s attention to detail is second to none. I have noticed such a positive change in my skin since I started seeing her. It feels healthier, clearer, and looks so much brighter.
