Found Swansea Health Solutions on the internet following recommendation from the consultant to find a good sports injury clinic. Since the first appt Gareth has been great and since during our follow up appt’s. My teenage son is receiving treatment for an ongoing knee injury. Professional, knowledgeable and very personable. Highly recommend.

At Swansea Health Solutions I have had a good experience with Mike. Prompt efficient service with lots of useful advice on how to manage my current injury, Mike gives clear instructions and gets to the root of the problem and looks long term on preparing me for forthcoming knee surgery too

Very happy with my experience and treatment and have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending Gareth and the team at Swansea Health Solutions.

Now had three 30mins Sports Massages with Henry. Despite being a keen runner for about 10 years, I have not used massages before but an issue with my leg prompted me to try. The massages are helping ease the leg muscles after long Marathon training runs.

Over the years I’ve been to several osteopaths and chiropractors in Swansea and London and would rate Lowri up there with the best. Her knowledge and expertise were impressive, she has a lovely personality and really gave me a great workout. No doubt I’ll feel sore tomorrow but I’m confident I’ll then feel better than I’ve felt in a while. I also now understand what the underlying issues are, which I can deal with.

I had my 1st session with Bethan today. She was very friendly and approachable. She instantly made me feel at ease. The session was at the right pace for me and i wasn't pushed beyond my comfort zone. She explained and tackled my problem area and even introduced acupuncture.. A first for me! I left with exercises to do at home and a follow up appointment for a week's time. Highly recommended xxx
