I had a really brilliant acupuncture session today with Dr VJ, i have attended due to severe hip pain which has reduced dramatically after being looked after by Dr VJ. I felt happy, relaxed and rejuvenated after attending my session today, thank you so much Dr VJ, your amazing.

I had the loveliest time at Wilderness today! I was quite nervous about finding a new hair salon after moving back to Liverpool because I have sensory issues, and I generally find having my hair cut to be a stressful situation, but everyone at Wilderness made me feel so welcome and Alison was incredibly understanding and enthusiastic about helping me feel comfortable - I'll definitely be returning! :)

Had another fantastic visit to Lisa today. Had my usual lash lift and nails done, brilliant as ever. I also had the Platinum Acupuncture Facial and left feeling like a new woman. It was an hour of pure bliss. Now I've tried it I will definitely be having it again x

So like many women I have tried out a lot of hair salons over the years. Moved to Liverpool a few years back and just was never 100% happy with my hair. Then I stumbled upon Louise the genuine hair witch three years ago.. I have never looked back. Her salon and ethos is amazing. The sheer knowledge this woman has is mind blowing. She truly listens to her clients and works with them creating amazing hair, while using products that are safe, sustainable and transformative. This review is clearly well over due, I would highly recommend Louise and her team of amazing hair wizards. x

Visited Lisa with problems with my achilles tendon and my knee. After a session of acupuncture they certainly feel a lot more free moving and am no longer needing to take pain killers

I had a wonderful experience today. I can honestly say this was the best massage I have every had. I am completely relaxed and needed a nap once I returned home. I woke up feeling rejuvenated. Gareth is friendly, welcoming and very professional, he explained the process step by step prior to starting. I booked the relaxation package and it was definitely worth every penny. I will 100% return. Thank you Gareth.

Jenny is extremely passionate, dedicated and professional in what she does. Having not done anything of this nature in the past, I went to her with a muscle tightness in my pec/shoulder and some mobility issues. She provided a thorough assessment, was clear with detailed explanations and her personality makes you feel at ease straight away. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone in the Liverpool area in need of support.

Great first experience at Maitri. Felt welcomed and at ease from the moment of walking through the door . VJ took a lot of time to explain how the graph worked and acupuncture in general which I really appreciate, looking forward to my next session.

First imrpessions: palce is welcoming and spiritual. Alison welcomed me with a smile and offered me a hot drink. She is very warm and makes you feel comfortable immediately. Dr VJ comes personally to greet you and his assessment is amazing, using acugraph technology, and his own wide knowledge of Chinese medicine, neuroscience and western medicine. The acupuncture treatment with the appropriate electric current was the cherry on top, I am very impressed and will return.
