Harriet is amazing! I’ve had waxing, lash lifts & brows done with her now and she is honestly sooo good at everything. She makes you super comfortable with the waxing, and super happy with both lash lift & brows. Great appointment never had hot wax before and it's a lot softer not gentler on the skin I feel absolutely amazing I highly recommend a visit to Rachel and just to say to people that if you're booking with a new person on freesia if you ask you when you've been to the salon before say yes because otherwise freeze your charges the owner a new customer fee which is not fair

Absolutely amazing experience! I was really anxious about having my wax done by a stranger and explained this when booking however I was reassured through every step of the process. And honestly she just came across as a warm, welcoming and lovely person, which made it impossible to be anxious anyway! Will definitely book again!

This was the best wax I’ve ever had. I’m 6 months pregnant and Alice made me feel so at ease and comfortable and made me feel all sorted and put back together again. I also opted for the vajacial which was something I’ve never heard of and it was amazing and such a calm and relaxing treatment! Not only did I book in for this I also left feeling 100x lighter and less emotional as it was also therapy. Thank you so much xx

Had such a great time getting my first Brazilian wax with Alice, I was super nervous as had a bad experience years ago. Alice put me at ease instantly and there really was minimal pain. Alice checked on me throughout to make sure I was ok. Super happy with my results and excited to book back in and book in my legs and arms too! Salon is so lovely and calming too! Thanks so much xx

I came in for an eyebrow tint, wax and gel pedicure. Imogen was so friendly and welcoming and made me feel at home. I have sensitive skin and she talked through the different products she was using which I found really helpful and reassuring. Had an amazing experience with Courtney this AM having booked in extremely last minute 11 hours prior. The whole experience was thoroughly calm and each step was communicated with me. I had 3 treatments (lash lift and tint, eyebrow tint and wax and upper lip was) I will be back for future treatments Courtney was amazing!

The most incredible pamper today for that pre holiday glow! I had a lash tint and brow wax followed by the dreamiest hot honey facial. My skin feels unbelievably soft, plump and wrinkle-free- I genuinely look and feel 10years younger! The facial massage was pure bliss and completely rejuvenated my tired skin.
