I recently had my first waxing appointment, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel completely at ease. Harriet took her time to explain everything before getting started and throughout the session, made sure to check in with me regularly to make sure I was comfortable and that everything was okay. Harriet’s calm and friendly approach made what I expected to be a stressful experience actually feel very relaxed. For anyone who’s nervous about waxing for the first time, I can’t recommend enough. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Excellent as per usual! Leave feeling lighter and like my face looks better! She's excellent at what she does and it truly shows how much she cares!! Don't ask her about dirty cokes though - it's not worth it!
