I have been coming to Kat and Alana for 6 weeks having the radio frequency treatment and it has made a huge difference in not just my physical appearance but my confidence too! Went for a Full Body Exfoliating treatment today, told the therapist I didn't want my actual torso done and asked if she could instead spend a little extra time doing my arms & legs, oh my goodness, Amy was an absolute delight and done exactly that plus gave my tired ol' legs the most amazing deep massage, trust me for someone "on the very heavy side" and ladened with varicose veins my legs definitely appreciated & benifited from it. Salon was spotlessly clean and super welcoming from the minute I stepped in. Thank you so much Amy, will be booking again next month for sure.

Had such a great time getting my first Brazilian wax with Alice, I was super nervous as had a bad experience years ago. Alice put me at ease instantly and there really was minimal pain. Alice checked on me throughout to make sure I was ok. Super happy with my results and excited to book back in and book in my legs and arms too! Salon is so lovely and calming too! Thanks so much xx

I recently had my first waxing appointment, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel completely at ease. Harriet took her time to explain everything before getting started and throughout the session, made sure to check in with me regularly to make sure I was comfortable and that everything was okay. Harriet’s calm and friendly approach made what I expected to be a stressful experience actually feel very relaxed. For anyone who’s nervous about waxing for the first time, I can’t recommend enough. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Had a totally new experience with Alice today having had an intermit waxing. Great experience on my first visit to this salon. Very friendly and welcoming and did an amazing job on my feet and eyebrows! Definitely recommend to others!

No matter what treatment I've had with Lu, I always leave the salon feeling great. Lovely calm atmosphere.
