I had the most wonderful pregnancy massage this morning with Ellie. The first 5 minutes was spent in a consultation where she asked questions about me and my pregnancy in order to tailor my massage. For the next hour, she gave me the most amazing massage with the perfect pressure. She checked in throughout to make sure I was okay, while also allowing me to zone out and relax. I felt fantastic afterwards - the only negative is that it had to end! Thanks Ellie, I’ll definitely be back 😊

My first time getting a massage, Amy was brilliant, I hadn't realised how beneficial a massage could be. The massage was a birthday gift and I went not thinking I 'needed' one, but the technique Amy used showed me how much tension I was carrying in my shoulders and neck and how much better it felt after. Definitely recommend.

Blissed out. Over the moon with this experience! Amira has a way of moving with you which is to me altogether new and such a blessing in disguise. Will undoubtably be back as often as I can be, even got sound advice that is ringing through everything now and reminding me where my feet are. Never had a massage where I didn’t flinch at some point and I was informed about every step. Had an intra oral massage and I could barely tell it was actually inside my mouth. Nothing was awkward at any point and I literally have never been so present for a treatment before. 100/10.

Had a really great therapeutic massage here tonight with Caroline.From the moment I stepped in the door I felt calm instantly.The room is so beautiful and smelled amazing! Caroline is such a beautiful soul,calming me instantly from a very stressful day. The massage was incredible and I soon forgot about my stressful day and walked away feeling much lighter,refreshed and a calm mind again. Menopause massage is a wonderful treatment. Just perfect in every way. This time it was Gillian who remembered I like to be toasty so electric blanket on then heated beanie round my neck and hot eye mask. Perfect pressure - relaxing but also therapeutic. Genuinely this treatment could not be improved ❤️

Had a great session with Xenia. Really holistic approach to the massage, talked through where I felt needed focus and took time to check in during the session. She worked out areas of tension I didn't even realise I had without needing any heavy handedness. She's really intuitive in her approach, so the massage is very tailored to your body's needs. Never been so relaxed and felt so peaceful whilst also getting the tension release of a deep tissue massage.
