I’ve been coming to Phillipa for almost 2 years for my monthly massage. It’s the only way I’ve found how to switch my brain off for the hour and it’s the most relaxed I could ever feel whilst getting my R&R massage. She’s so gentle and her home studio is so welcoming and it’s just such a beautiful environment to help unwind and relax.

Fantastic experience as always, so relaxing and chilled environment. Electric blanket made it very cosy and the Indian head massage was 5 star. Gillian used gua sha on my face and scalp. Could have fallen asleep for hours after it ! Thanks Gillian 🥰

From the minute I walked in, Gemma was so friendly and instantly put me at ease as I was visiting for my first time. We went through a full consultation and she listened to all my answers and explained everything she would be doing. I walked out after my full body massage feeling like I was on top of the world. I’ve been seeing Philippa for a while now, and I can honestly say she’s the best massage therapist I’ve ever been to. Her lymphatic massages are amazing — she has such a gentle yet powerful touch and a deep understanding of how the body works. Every session leaves me feeling lighter, refreshed, and noticeably less bloated and tense. What I really appreciate is the professionalism and genuine care for her clients. Was feeling a little under the weather before and so I was sleepy and very relaxed thought out the lymphatic drainage. Lovely relaxing music, a heated blanket, darkened room and Gillian’s expert touch. Would recommend.

Another great deep tissue/sport massage at Remedy Room West. Phillipa has a brilliant set up, a lovely warm, relaxing space, with gentle but proper music to zone out to (none of the waves lapping/birds tweeting nonsense!). She tailors each massage to my needs and preferences and has helped me manage some annoying sports niggles too. Highly recommended.

I saw Phillippa for massage just before and just after completing the West Highland Way and Ben Nevis. She is a truly lovely human who made me feel immediately comfortable and she clearly cares about the wellbeing of her clients. She also gave me the best massages I have ever had (and I've had plenty!). She manages to get exactly the spots that need it and I left feeling better immediately. I wish I could bring her back to Australia with me!

I had the lymphatic with wood therapy for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Wow! Even with the lymphatic technique and tools I still felt so relaxed enough to drift off. I have these previously at different places and have never felt so relaxed. I could instantly feel a difference in the bloat and feel so much better. Especially about going on holiday and being in a bikini! I will definitely be booking again for the same treatment. Thanks so much

Where to start? Firstly, I’m a Manique OG customer and the salon is stunning. I’d met Gillian a few times prior to booking and she’s just a lovely person with an amazing energy. Gillian’s set up is so lovely and welcoming. I’ve been for a few massages over last year. I haven’t been back. My first massage with Gillian was a completely differently experience. Gillian talks you through what she is going to do before she starts, so you are fully away of what and why. Gillian is so good at reading what your body needs. I cannot wait to get back. I’m beyond relaxed!
