Very relaxing spa like treatment - beautiful surroundings. My only comment is I left with very frazzled straightened curly hair that had been blasted by a hairdryer for 10 mins. In future you should ask your curly clients if they want to go out with wet curly hair because this is not a good look. Thankfully I am not going out tonight!

Michael had booked this as a surprise for me, which was so lovely. Heather gave a very friendly and warm welcome. She was very chatty and professional throughout. The treatments she provided were very relaxing. Would definitely recommend.

The treatment itself was good however our booking was to include scalp analysis and a relaxation room which included refreshments. None of this was provided. I have screenshots of this. Application of chosen hydrojelly face mask was not offered. So although treatment was good it wasnt quite as advertised
