I’ve known Margaret for a long time. First woman to wax my eyebrows when I was twelve years old when visiting her with my mum. I trust her implicitly with every treatment she offers and she is amazing at what she does. Margaret’s full body aromatherapy massage was just the relaxation I needed and I will try my best to make this a more regular treatment for myself. Safe, comfortable space and in very good hands. This was my third massage with Andrew. I opted for a deep tissue again to help resolve aches and pain from working a desk job for many years. Andrew is welcoming, polite and professional, with a very calming demeanour. Excellent at listening to any concerns you have, explaining the treatment options and always checks in when it comes to your comfort and pressure used during each session. Every massage has been so relaxing and I’ve felt the benefits after each one. Both studios are gorgeously decorated and easy to get to via public transport. Looking forward to my next! Brilliant experience. Very welcoming atmosphere. Where Gav really shines is on the gym floor where he can apply his skills and knowledge to put together a comprehensive rehab plan tailor made to your goals and abilities. I left feeling relaxed from the massage but also much more confident now going into the gym and can't wait to come back next month to re-asses.

Gavin is so knowledgeable and makes you feel really comfortable and at ease. I always feel so much better a few days after my massage. (The battering) 🤣 I notice I have much better mobility in my gym sessions without any aches and pains. The tailored aftercare plan is top notch too! Would highly recommend!

I was booked in for Dermaplane - I highly recommend! Thank you Kelly - once again my skin feels great, you’re a miracle worker as my skin was like leather! Fantastic experience. Very professional and knowledgeable, this treatment was so much more than a facial. For someone like me who does not normally enjoy a massage I was completely at ease with Kelly who certainly knows her stuff! Floated from the salon, relaxed and de-stressed and to top it off - skin feels amazing. Will absolutely be booking again! Can not recommend enough!
