The spa itself is wonderful and such a treat. Amazing massages, really attentive staff and great massage rooms. Sadly I can’t give great as the service for the afternoon tea was rather substandard. We waited ages for drinks and hot drinks top ups, we never even got our final tea and coffee as it was taking too long. It’s such a pity because it is a fantastic facility and the afternoon tea itself is brilliant.

Another amazing massage from Konstantin! Won't be going anywhere else as Konstantin is such a gifted massage therapist and really knows his stuff. Great consultation before hand to work out problem areas and during the massage there is continuous communication to make sure pressure etc is fine. 10/10
