Brilliant experience. Very welcoming atmosphere. Where Gav really shines is on the gym floor where he can apply his skills and knowledge to put together a comprehensive rehab plan tailor made to your goals and abilities. I left feeling relaxed from the massage but also much more confident now going into the gym and can't wait to come back next month to re-asses.

I had a deep tissue massage today as my lower back tension was killing me, and I really can't recommend Angela enough! She focused on the muscles that was painful and the technique she was using caused I feel instant relief. I have tried a lot of places around to find what I need and I will stop here. Gavin is so knowledgeable and makes you feel really comfortable and at ease. I always feel so much better a few days after my massage. (The battering) 🤣 I notice I have much better mobility in my gym sessions without any aches and pains. The tailored aftercare plan is top notch too! Would highly recommend!

Gav checks before he starts any areas of concern then tailors his massage to address them. He checks all through massage that you are feeling right effect. Came away feeling that my niggles had been addressed and future massages would be working to build in good work done
