Very greatful to have found Amira threw my sister, I recently took time off work as I started to listen to my mind and body, discovering what I need & this was it, I went for the Integrative Bodywork & Massage Therapy, they make you feel relaxed & we discovered a few things that my body was asking for, very excited for my next session when I book it in & I will be recommending this to anyone who may need it as much as I did.

I had a really lovely experience. The space is peaceful and I felt safe to talk openly. After the first session, which was only talking, I already felt better and my anxiety was gone. Amira is very kind and gentle, and explains everything clearly. I felt safe to open up and share my thoughts without fear. The sessions that combine massage and breathing are amazing. They helped release a lot of stiffness in my body, and I feel much more relaxed. I have had 3 sessions now, and after each one I feel more aligned with myself, calmer, and more at peace. Had a great sports massage this afternoon with Timm, I had booked fairly last minute due to a recent injury so amazing to be seen so quickly! Timm was very knowledgeable of the condition and how best to target and treat symptoms. The combination of traditional massage and more active/mobilisation massage made a big difference to my symptoms. Will definitely be back! Thank you!

Gav is easily one of the best in the business. Bear in mind you’re not there to relax, he gets in exactly where you’re sore & tight and he will set you on the road to recovery or for me for preventative maintenance.

Very pleased with my nails, it’s the first place that I’ve tried acrylic nails and never regretted it. I am a regular in the salon, the products are high quality and customer service is excellent. Love that they order the colours the customers want and that they have pedicure with spa, waxing and they do amazing brows as well. It’s not far from the city centre or south side either. They have absolutely affordable prices. Can only recommend 👌
