Tina was so lovely and made me feel very comfortable! I booked a deep tissue massage and it was definitely more of an overall relaxing massage rather than firm (it is relax with Tina of course!). The massage itself only lasted 20 minutes as opposed to 25 stated however still a lovely experience and would recommend for the price and feeling relaxed 💕

Amazing - myself & my partner had treatments for 2 & really enjoyed our experience from start to finish. We both had back, neck & shoulders massages along with arm & hand massages which were great. It was so relaxing & we both left feeling amazing! I’m also pregnant & in my 3rd trimester, so was a bit anxious for a massage however they made me feel so relaxed & at ease. They were so accommodating & made me felt comfortable throughout by checking in on me. I wish I had booked myself in for one sooner! We will definitely be back for more.

Another absolutely amazing experience from Vanessa!! The recover massage was so relaxing. I went in and my shoulders were so tight and in so much pain I have came out feeling so relaxed and my muscles are at ease. Will definitely be making this a regular thing!

Tried Lymphatic Drainage massage , it was very different from my usual massages but it was very relaxing . I also really enjoyed my customised facial , noticed the results more or less instantly . I’m sure I will see and feel more benefits in the next few days . Anyone who’s reading this review should definitely go and pay a visit all the girls I’ve had treatments from are very welcoming & professional at what they do .

Had both a full body hot stones and an hours Indian head massage by Caitlin and it was absolutely fantastic. Melted all my stress and tensions away. I’ve so relaxed since and I know I will get a great sleep tonight. I booked my next appointments before I left! Highly reckomwnt Caitlin and Parl West Spa. Had a back, shoulder, neck and scalp massage with Lisa. The best massage i have had. Lisa made me feel so comfortable, worked on my problem areas and left me feeling so relaxed without the usual tension and knots in my shoulders. I will be making this a regular treat along with my nails.

Just had a back, neck and shoulder massage and a thermal detox facial, it was a great experience. As a guy going for treatments can be very daunting but Lisa created a calm and relaxed space where we spoke about expectations and results for the treatment and she hit every mark on the head.
