Great back and shoulder massage by Konstantin. I had a really sore neck and barely any movement just felt totally tense and the massage made a big difference to this. He had a really relaxed, friendly and respectful manner. Will definitely return and recommend to friends.

I've been to the Gin Spa twice and both times I had a lovely experience. Spa therapist Ellis has a warm, caring approach and we always discuss everything in the treatments beforehand. She is very attentive and applies just the right pressure. In the days after my reflexology and massage I felt invigorated and energized. Overall the staff are all very friendly and I feel welcome despite being new to the whole culture of spa + massage. Highly recommend!

My massage and facial were wonderful and my therapist (Lauren I think?) was lovely. The afternoon tea was ok quality, although the atmosphere was odd for the time of day - very dark with neon lighting and loud music! There also appeared to be some kind of staff review meeting going on a couple of tables over from us which was a little awkward!

Absolute 5 stars! Konstantin sent a message before hand with directions which was very much appreciated and made me feel completely at ease when I got there. The treatment room is lovely. Super clean & very comfortable. Honestly the best massage I've had and feel so much better. Konstantin checked the pressure and really great communication throughout. Excellent value, amazing massage, great location. Will be back!
