The spa itself is wonderful and such a treat. Amazing massages, really attentive staff and great massage rooms. Sadly I can’t give great as the service for the afternoon tea was rather substandard. We waited ages for drinks and hot drinks top ups, we never even got our final tea and coffee as it was taking too long. It’s such a pity because it is a fantastic facility and the afternoon tea itself is brilliant.

The Bio Gel Manicure experience was fantastic with Stephanie. She could not have been more welcoming and so much thought and care was put into each step of the manicure. Her advice on the colour shade was fantastic & topping off the service with a hand massage was a well needed treat. I have booked in to come back and would highly recommend!
