Had my first ever dermaplane treatment with Scarlett and it was the most comfortable, relaxing and informative session I’ve had for a facial service. Scarlett went above and beyond by giving genuine skin care advice which felt like a free skin consultation and the quality of her service truly reflects its’ price. I left the room feeling winded down and best of all with clean and glowing skin ready for my wedding! Will definitely be coming again!

Madeline is very knowledgeable and personable! I did the skin consultation before my facial and it was 100% worth it. I feel like she answered years worth of skincare questions lol and was so thorough and patient. She did an in-depth skin analysis and went through my current routine, explaining what each product was doing, what was working and where I could improve. She also gave me some great product samples/recommendations to try. The Custom Facial was super relaxing, ambiance was great and the heated bed was sooo comfortable. I left understanding my skin so much better!

Hayley was so welcoming and understanding of my dual hair trauma: enforced ‘punishment and torture’ haircuts as a child which left me absolutely terrified of haircuts; and now the trauma of chemo hair loss and it coming back so slowly and very different to how it was. I booked a double length consultation so we had time to discuss all that and agree a way forward, building trust and finding stylish ways of managing regrowth. I spoke briefly will Jill the salon owner on the way out, and she was also very reassuring. Will definitely book some appointments to rebuild myself after chemo.
