I had my first Keratin today with Sophia. I have very frizzy hair and every day during this hot weather has been a ‘bad hair day’. Whilst I have had highlights and blow drys at No. 4 after a consultation with Sophia she assured me that I would be able to manage my hair much easier myself if I had a Keratin treatment. I can only say if your hair is frizzy or curly I can highly recommend you book your appointment. I feel like a new woman! A big thank you to Sophia!

Had the most amazing consultation with Alice today! She is so personable and welcoming, and she really listened to exactly what I was looking for. She gave me honest, informative advice and ran through different product alternatives without making me feel rushed at all. Alice totally understands that aesthetic treatments are a lot to process and was so happy to clear up my extra questions. The clinic is beautiful, clean, and professional, and the service is great value for money. ( Plus Alice has great arms..LOL!).

I had my treatment today with Nur and she carried out a really thorough consultation, explaining the procedure in detail, what to expect, the potential risks, and answering all of my questions. I never felt rushed or pressured at any point, and she made sure I was fully informed before asking for my consent to go ahead. Nur is so professional, knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her clients. She made me feel completely relaxed and at ease throughout the whole appointment. I left feeling confident that I was in safe hands and I'm so excited to see my results! 🥰

If I could give more stars I would. Over the past month Jess and Katie have given an outstanding service to help me navigate excessive hair shedding as my wedding approached. They both made me feel so welcome, listened, gave advice and made suggestions about colouring my hair and caring for it. Katie did my hair yesterday for my wedding and it was so much more than I thought it could ever be. It was beautiful and so many commented on how lovely it looked. I will be a regular at the salon. Lovely warm greeting from Angela and Katie on my arrival , Angela did my nails and they are amazing as they always are.
