Had the most amazing consultation with Alice today! She is so personable and welcoming, and she really listened to exactly what I was looking for. She gave me honest, informative advice and ran through different product alternatives without making me feel rushed at all. Alice totally understands that aesthetic treatments are a lot to process and was so happy to clear up my extra questions. The clinic is beautiful, clean, and professional, and the service is great value for money. ( Plus Alice has great arms..LOL!).

I had my treatment today with Nur and she carried out a really thorough consultation, explaining the procedure in detail, what to expect, the potential risks, and answering all of my questions. I never felt rushed or pressured at any point, and she made sure I was fully informed before asking for my consent to go ahead. Nur is so professional, knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her clients. She made me feel completely relaxed and at ease throughout the whole appointment. Every appointment exactly on time, Imelda is very friendly and professional. I had treatments for skin tags, facial thread veins and removal of a sun damaged spot on my face and neck. Everything I asked for was achieved, healing taking place just as Imelda told me, 5 sessions in total. I’m so pleased with the results and I’m finally wearing tops without collars, and no foundation on my face! I highly recommend Imelda at Gaia (I didnt receive any treatments from Debbie).
