Have been with Aini for a year plus, always enjoyed her work. Very good colorist when it comes to select nail colour to your skin tone and personality. She doesn’t rush her work and take effort at each appointment. Definitely at the top of my list for nail.

I always see immediate visible improvement that lasts longer than expected whenever I come for a facial here. Sharifah also keeps notes on all her customers so that she can monitor and advise on our skin condition whenever we come next. No hard-selling and always so pleasant. I always look forward to my next session with The Organic Room. :) I highly recommend this place especially if you don't like painful extractions.

Faith was meticulous with both my back treatment and facial. Pimple extraction was not as painful as I imagined. The whole treatment has been very gentle for my sensitive skin. Love it! :)

The lady was very thorough in doing the sugaring. The whole process was without pain and efficient. Great advice was given for my dry skin and ingrown hair. On top of that, it was reasonably priced. Will revisit and Thumbs up! :)

My first time here and the owner, Sharifah was patient and had a gentle & soothing touch. Interior was cozy and well decorated. I had the eye treatment, sugaring for half leg, ear candling and eyebrow tinting. She shared about my skin condition and how I can improve it over time. She shared useful tips for a better wellness which I really appreciate. Definitely will be coming back! Thank you!

Sharifah has been my go-to for full Brazilian sugar wax since March 2021. Not only is Sharifah offers affordable market pricings (flat 60 for full brazilian), she is meticulous in her waxing, and she always uses organic products so for people with sensitive skin (like me), her stuff really works. Before I found her, I was getting waxed at sugared but I didn't like how sugared would charge $10 if you didn't come back within a month to get an upkeep wax. Most of all, Sharifah is warm and accommodating. She feels like a sister, and I always look forward to seeing her. 10/10 would recommend.

It’s been half a year since I started my Premium Facial treatments with Cream. I get very high sun and contaminant exposures due to my job/lifestyle and she carefully advises and works out my skin’s needs at each visit. I used to have an especially dark forehead whenever I get exposed to the sun. I don’t have a very fair complexion anymore but there’s so much glow to my face now. Her space is also very comfortable and treatment is so gentle that I sleep through the treatments even during the microneedling.

Amazing facial experience with Kila! I usually book Hydroboost Oxyinfusion however Kila noticed that my skin was flaring with redness and recommended Flora Soothing Facial instead. I noticed that the products were much calming and not tingly for my inflamed skin. I also learned about different types of skin calming ingredients and what sort of products to look for my face type!
