5 star service as always from both Gemma and Jess. Where do I begin. I have been a regular customer of the salon angels for a few years now and Gemma and Jess are always so professional and helpful they both go above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable. (Wheelchair user, so sometimes need their help) nothing is too much trouble for them and I always leave feeling happy and relaxed. Gemma’s skin care knowledge is second to none. It is about time Caerphilly had such a great salon/spa like experience . I have received so many compliments after having my facials .

I couldn't be happier with my results! From the initial consultation, Rachel was incredibly attentive, listening carefully to my concerns and providing realistic expectations. My first lymphatic drainage massage was amazing! Keira was very knowledgeable and talked me through the process. The room was set up nicely, dimmed lights, heated pad on the bed and cosy blankets. She massaged my arms, stomach, legs and face and ensured I drank a glass of water after to rehydrate. I definitely came out of my appointment feeling lighter and relaxed! Looking forward to booking another one😊

After having my ears pierced with Empress caerphilly last year, there was no where else I'd take my daughter for her ears to be pierced. My daughter was quite nervous, but was totally put at ease, and was talked through the whole process. Can't recommend them enough. She's now looking forward to booking her nose piercing.

I’ve had a few piercings done at Caerphilly branch and they have always been welcoming, helpful and easy to talk to. Today I Popped into the branch to have a jewellery change, they were so helpful with this. I have been recovering from an operation I had 8 weeks ago and Emily was so welcoming to see me and as always was asking how I was doing with my recovery, this meant a lot as the girls here at empress always take the time to get to know you and ask you how you are doing. Emily especially always goes out of her way to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
