I had an amazing experience with Lucy at The Skin Club. From the moment I arrived, the environment was so welcoming, clean, and relaxing. Lucy made me feel comfortable straight away and was very professional throughout the treatment. Her hand technique is absolutely brilliant — I’ve never experienced anything like it before. She was gentle, precise, and clearly very skilled at what she does. Everything about the experience was excellent. I highly recommend Lucy and will definitely be coming back again!

Really happy with my full head foils and colour, Leanne did a full consultation before colouring my hair and knew exactly what I wanted and delivered the results. Leanne has such a wonderful aura and was fantastic with the consultation for PDO threads. She catered and tailored to my face and eyes and I am beyond impressed with her intricate work. It was painless and gentle. She took care with ensuring I had all the info aswell as answering my questions. She’s the lady for aesthetics and treatments going forward- what a magical find. I’ve just completed my lip blush course with Sarah, the experience was amazing, I’ve completed all the courses with Sarah from skin to SPMU I could not recommend HOB enough, she is so knowledgeable and knows what she’s taking about, you get a kit with every course so you can get to work right away, and they don’t disappoint, the continued support you get from her and the chats are amazing and everyone’s so supportive and willing to help, you don’t get left behind afterwards, I’m so glad I found you and thank you for helping me begin my journey and make a better future for me and my family xx

Lucy was amazing from start to finish. She did a really thorough consultation, listened carefully to the areas I needed extra focus on, and made sure the room was perfectly comfortable. She was warm, professional, and incredibly skilled — her hands are magic. She worked on my tension areas with real precision, and I felt the difference straight away. Mya looks after me at the Aesthetic Company in Mere Green, Sutton Coldfield. She is friendly, enthusiastic and excellent at what she does. She has managed to get rid of the red spider veins on my cheeks and around my nose which were making me unhappy about the condition of my skin. I now don’t need to put foundation on my face every day, which I always did, to disguise the red spider veins. I am absolutely delighted and thrilled that I can now go out without my usual make up thanks to feeling happy and confident with my skin. Thanks Mya, you’re a star!

I today had a second appointment with Mya to laser and clear some red spider veins on my chin, cheeks and nose and she does a fantastic job. She's lovely, friendly and professional and has, as far as I can see, got rid of the majority of spider veins in the areas of my face that were bothering me. I can highly recommend Mya and The Aesthetic Company UK in Mere Green, Sutton Coldfield. Very happy and satisfied client, Sue Platt.

I have to say my experience with Gina is great she makes you feel very relaxed and comfortable. And talks you through the treatment. Would definitely highly recommend her 😁

Edwina was brilliant. She was kind and professional, and did a fantastic job on my hair. She really listened to me during the consultation and gave me exactly what I wanted. I had a really lovely experience, and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Lucy listens carefully to your concerns, explains treatments very well and is very friendly. The salon is easy to find and there is plenty of parking nearby. Her consulting room is more like a little spa than a clinic, making the whole experience a pleasure.
