Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Jane was incredibly kind, professional, and reassuring throughout the whole appointment. I was quite nervous about having an ingrown toenail treated, especially as it was very sore beforehand, but she made me feel completely at ease and it honestly didn’t hurt at all. She explained everything clearly, gave great aftercare advice, and was very genuine and honest throughout.
