Have had Molly do my eyelashes about 3 times now and she is fantastic! Always made me feel welcome in the salon and did my eyelashes exactly how I wanted them. I had my eyebrows laminated by Jemma and I honestly couldn’t be happier! She was so friendly, professional, and really took the time to make sure I got the exact look I wanted. My brows have never looked this good — perfectly shaped, natural, and so easy to maintain now. The whole experience was relaxing from start to finish, and Jemma made me feel completely at ease. I’ll definitely be going back and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my brows! Highly recommend her to anyone thinking about getting brow lamination done. 💖

She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.
