Wow. I wish I had found nails and the city sooner! Straight away they are welcoming and friendly. The decorations are divine (I love pink!) and very relaxed. It was my first time having my nails done and I was a tad nervous but Nian was so thoughtful, attentive and gentle which worked wonders. Fast forward to now, I have beautiful nails and found another gem in Birmingham! I'll definitely be returning and strongly encourage you to give them a go! Thank you so much and Happy New Year ❤️

I had eyebrow mapping and shaping by Sukhi today and she was great. She made sure to ask exactly what I wanted and was very attentive to details. Also, I must say she's got a very good eye and my brows are starting to look like twins now! Very pleased with the shape and I'll definitely be coming to Sukhi again!

I arrived ahead of schedule and was seen to straight away. Harvinder was gentle whilst threading my eyebrows ensuring I was comfortable throughout. This is my sixth visit to this beauty salon and I usually have different girls shaping my brows. I will be asking for Harvinder next time I book. I got my eyebrows done today and I’m honestly so happy with the result! It’s usually quite difficult for me to maintain a good shape, but this time it was done perfectly. My brows haven’t looked this neat and well-shaped in a long time. A big thank you to Hetal for doing such an amazing job—she was very precise and understood exactly what suited my face. I visited for eyebrow mapping as my eyebrow shape was uneven. Harvinder did a great job at showing me how I should grow out my eyebrows before getting them threaded in the future and also cleaned up the shape as much as possible in the meantime

I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

I would have given 10 stars if there had been a choice. I have followed Simone around Birmingham. She has NEVER let me down. Pickles & Co's staff fit so well together, you can feel a cosy friendly atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door. Well done everyone. My next appointment was booked before I left. Honestly the best acrylic nails I have had done in Birmingham. Coming from someone who used to bite down my natural nails Nian has treated them so well that mine are now so long and healthy. It is like going to see a friend and I always come out feeling so relaxed and pampered.

Nian was lovely, so professional, and did a fabulous gel set. Pretty salon, extremely clean and I appreciated the option to have my own kit of supplies. Love this salon and wish I lived closer to visit often, looking forward to my next trip to Birmingham!

I had acrygel by Nian and eyebrow waxing by Theoni , and I must say it was a really pleasant experience. I always go for short nails, and I am struggling to find nice designs, but Nian knew exactly what I wanted. Her painting skills are incredible, I couldn’t believe that the result was exactly like the one in the photo. So, I booked my next appointment with Nian again ,just to make sure she won’t be fully booked. Also , Theoni did an amazing job with my eyebrows, just the shape I wanted, and the type of wax she used, it was so painless.

My first time Eyebrow Threading and I enjoyed the time I spent with Sana. We were done before I knew it. She was incredibly friendly and she is happy to talk to you while doing your eyebrows. She was very informative with me and gladly talked me through her process and she even spent time informing me what she feels suited me best. And I enjoyed my time with her. I am coming back to her in the future. I would recommend her for both beginners and experienced people who had eyebrow threading. She is amazing!

I booked a bikini wax, eyebrows and sideburns threading. The ladies in the salon were warm and welcoming upon my arrival, and Priyas service was excellent. I have musculoskeletal issues and a lower pain tolerance than normal. Priya was *excellent* in her handling of me. Her attention to detail, patience and gentleness were very appreciated by me. I was nervous about getting my eyebrows in particular done somewhere new, and she did a great job. I will definitely return to this salon and would highly recommend.
