I think this is 3rd or 4th time with Megan. And I’ve enjoyed every single one of my massages with her. The amount of pain I get in my back and my shoulders. She knows just where to work on. As much as I love sport/deep tissue, sometimes it gets a bit much, so I opted for relaxation with hot stones. Utterly relaxed to the point I didn’t want to end. Can’t wait to book again. Thank you 🙂

Another fantastic treatment from Yvonne! I visited a few weeks ago for a problematic back & that one treatment worked wonders! This time I had my back done again as work still needed to be done on it but I was also having pain in my left knee & wasn’t sure why. Yvonne quickly determined it was because my quads were extremely tight & putting pressure on my left knee. Since then my knee has drastically improved. Can’t wait for my next appointment , Yvonne has truly magic hands thank you so much :) xx

Had a sports massage with Karen, while molly over saw and watched. I had a lot of pain in my back and shoulder. And to have a little bit of relief for a while is a great help. Very professional sports massage conducted by Sarah today, utilising trigger point therapy alongside passive awareness of informative stretches to help use/develop my own knowledge during my regular fitness training. This was the second treatment/session with Sarah after coming to Align Therapy last year after numerous high recommendations. Absolutely brilliant. 3 months ago I had my rotator cuff done at the hospital. I was told that recovery was likely to be long and painful after this particular surgery. I found the whole experience to be fabulous and very professional and thorough, Sarah displayed a wealth of experience and knowledge. Whilst I was having a sports massage for my 'wooden legs', Sarah was keen to not cause too much pain or discomfort, but yet still managed to loosen my legs up. Great treatment and booked again!

Sarah was amazing. I arrived feeling very sore and my body feeling very stiff. I felt my days of kick boxing were doomed and I just wasn't suited to it.
