Francesca knows exactly what she’s doing. Every eyebrow threading and tint is done so tastefully and with such precision that I trust her completely with my eyebrows. I never feel under- or over-threaded, and she always makes sure I’m happy with the depth of my eyebrow tint. She remembers what I like and what suits my face, which makes all the difference. Clean, natural results every time. Highly recommend if you want your eyebrows done properly.

I highly recommend getting your lashes done at The Hot Spot! I always feel right at home because Kavelle is always pleasant, friendly and quite knowledgeable about which lash set suits your eye shape. Her prices are incredibly reasonable for the professional and amazing quality of her work!

My 83 year old mom loved the experience with Lady Gaurie. Facial was awesome and she spoke about how "gentle " Lady Gaurie was the waxing of her eyebrows. We had to have the haircut rescheduled though. Overall a fantastic experience. 🥰
