Every time I come into ballerina beauty, I’m welcomed and greeted with a smile. The staff are so friendly and attentive and always making sure I am happy with my pedicure, lash lift or whatever it is I’m getting. I went to get Hifu 12D done. Naz is truly knowledgeable, kind, understanding, and friendly. The procedure isn't long, but the change is visible in the end. I expect even better results in the future. That's how the system works.

My experience with Katrina is always filled with calmness, serenity and kindness. I always fall asleep when I get my facials as she's amazing at what she does. From the way the room is set up to her offering me water, tea or even coconut water! Everything was great!

love my lashes so much! Kayla talked me through what she was doing, I originally booked for a double lash lift but she explained why just a regular lash lift would be better for my lashes, (which I appreciate over just doing it regardless, it showed how much she cared about the results!) and also went over what shape curl would be best for my eye shape. Will definitely be back again! :)

BT was super nice and welcoming throughout the appointment! I got anime/manhua style lashes and I absolutely love how they turned out. She also took the time to walk me through the aftercare and maintenance which I really appreciated as it made me feel comfortable and informed. The little freebies were such a sweet touch too 🫶 Overall a really good experience and I’d definitely come back!

I need to do a shoutout to the new chair setup at the salon, it is a game changer. It was so comfortable especially when I am now into my third trimester with very tired legs and sore back. Pedi was amazing as per usual.
