The best balayage i’ve had in london - I travel an hour for this!

My first impression was good the clinic is welcoming and the receptionist was very nice offering me tea coffee and water. Sarah as so professional and explained everything before my treatment. She was so honest and answered all my questions without rushing me or trying to sell me anything else. The treatment was bit uncomfortable but not painful. The results were amazing. Tremendous! Absolutely brilliant deep tissue sports massage. I went in with really tight muscles and a lot of tension from training, and I came out feeling so much looser with a noticeable improvement in my mobility. The therapist was professional, knowledgeable, and targeted all the problem areas without rushing the session. It was exactly the right level of pressure and I could feel the difference straight away. Highly recommend to anyone who trains regularly or struggles with muscle tightness. Went for a Kenalog jab and it was my first time visiting. Rebecca was great throughout the treatment, explaining everything clearly and making me feel at ease. I went in for a consultation for polynucleotides under my eyes, and Huda explained everything clearly what the treatment is, how it works, and what to realistically expect.Her honesty and knowledge made me feel comfortable enough to go ahead with the treatment the same day. I have a very low pain tolerance, but Huda was so gentle. She applied numbing cream and I barely felt anything during the procedure. She also took the time to explain the aftercare so I knew exactly how to look after my skin afterwards.Overall, a very professional and reassuring experience. I would definitely recommend her!
