Emy was so knowledgeable and professional through my treatments. I came away feeling so relaxed and pampered. Thank you. Sadly the previous client had caused a scene as she was told a treatment was not suitable for her but Emy dealt with her professionally but firmly given that the treatment was unsuitable for her medical condition and she had also been refused by other salons so was just trying her luck. Had an amazing experience at Shape zone. The establishment is very clean and professional. My waxer Emy made me feel extremely comfortable and did such a great job. Would definitely recommend.
