First time visiting and I was genuinely impressed. I was warmly welcomed by the owner, Becky, which immediately set the tone. I booked a Hydro Glow Facial. The facial itself was incredibly relaxing and Shannon took the time to explain each step, which made me feel comfortable and well-informed throughout. The salon is modern, spotless and has such a welcoming atmosphere it honestly felt like being at a friend’s house. I left feeling like my skin looked refreshed and glowing and the treatment was very reasonable priced. The goodie bag at the end was a really nice touch too.

Had the loveliest facial with Hazell at Mediface. My treatment included extractions and my skin felt so clean and glowy afterwards. Hazell was so gentle and knowledgeable — can’t wait for my next treatment!

I have had anti-wrinkle injections with Hazel twice now. Both times I have felt very at ease, well looked after and received honest advice . Great results each time, I look the same just better and younger. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face.! . I would highly recommend Hazel for any treatment.

I absolutely loved my treatment. The hospitality was amazing, and the way everything was discussed with me made me feel very comfortable and confident. She communicated with me at every step, explaining what she was doing and how it would help my skin. I can honestly see a glow already, and I feel much more confident after the treatment. 100/100 recommended, if you’re looking for someone who truly cares about your skin, this is the place to go.

Firstly can I just say, I was so impressed by how warm and inviting Rebecca and Shannon were upon arrival and throughout my treatment. I was very well informed and I felt they really cared about me. I had a wonderful first time experience with Hazel. Her clinic is welcoming and beautifully designed. I had dermaplaning which I needed along with an iced coffee which was my choice of beverage from the menu provided plus a treat in the form of a tasty biscuit. Never had that treatment before. My next appointment is already booked. I would definitely recommend Hazel and MediFace.
