Best Sports Masaage I’ve ever had! Very thorough and comprehensive, I could feel every knot being eradicated, followed by a relaxing fifteen minutes of relaxation massage to help me forget the pain I’d just endured ! Not for the faint hearted, but she did keep checking in on me to make sure it was tolerable. It was what I really needed . I feel so much better already.

Lisa made me feel welcome and relaxed , her expertise and knowledge in anatomy and injury made me feel very confident that I had chosen the right person . The treatment was thorough and she explained everything I wanted to know and finished off with a relaxing session that made me forgot anything the pain completely. Lisa was absolutely fantastic. She listened attentively, asked questions and it was so easy to communicate with her. She is extremely knowledgeable and clearly explained what was happening with my elbow. We discussed my initial complaints and developed a treatment plan for my tennis elbow. I felt so much more relieved and confident. After the first treatment, I already felt significantly better, the pain in my elbow had almost disappeared, and I could use my arm freely again! I absolutely recommend Lisa to anyone!
