I had such a great experience at Jem 3-Arts. The team was really friendly, and even though they were running a bit behind, they offered me a complimentary hair treatment, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent — I felt so relaxed during my wash. Honestly, one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in Cape Town, and so affordable too. I’ll definitely be back!

i took my 6 year old daughter for braids and we had the best experience! The stylist was so patient, gentle, and kind with her, which made me so happy as a mom. The braids came out neat, beautiful and not too tight perfect for a child. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend for moms looking for a kid-friendly salon

I had a wonderful experience, everyone was so warm and welcoming. The hair wash and head massage were wonderful and I love my haircut! Shireen was amazing, listened to what I wanted and styled my hair beautifully. A true artist.

Another amazing haircut from Jade at Snip Snap. So kind, calm and quick - dealing with our ASD 4-year old son who finds haircuts very upsetting. I cannot recommend this wonderful hairdresser enough - am so grateful to them!

Jade is the only stylist who has cut my 4 year olds hair since she had her first haircut. Jade is so patient and always finds a way to make my little one’s day. I always go to Platinum Hair when I am in Cape Town Mel is the only hairdresser who always gets it spot on . Her expertise is outstanding . The staff are friendly . Lovely log fire lounge while you wait . Mel is also a child and animal lover who is making a difference in a lot of lives .
