Val was a great massage therapist. He was very professional and did a great job. And I really enjoyed the Nordic spa as well, spending time in the pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, salt room, and hot stone slab room.

We enjoyed a totally relaxing day at Waves Nordic Spa. We began by dining in the restaurant and proceeded to the spa to enjoy the facilities - steam room, sauna, pool, rock bed and hot tub. All staff we encountered throughout our visit were pleaseant and friendly.

Staff were amazing - from the front desk, to our quick guide of the amenities. Could suggest having timers in all different areas so you know how long you’ve been in that spot. Especially sauna and steam room.

It was a great experience! The staff was very helpful and the place was clean and beautiful. Loved that it was quiet even though it was fully booked. The big pool felt not so warm but the steam room and sauna were good to stay warm. Will definitely visit again.

This was my first time here (I am embarrassed that I didn't know about this place and I am only 40 minutes away from here). The pools were fantastic, the sauna was huge and the steam room was lovely. The hot stone beds were great (nice feature). The staff was lovely. The only suggestion I have is your restaurant, to have it better staffed as the one girl was struggling to keep up and we were looking for her to get our bill. and no matter how long you leave you towel hanging to dry, it never dries. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our experience here today. Spent about 3 hours going between the pools, sauna, steam room and stone beds. Would have stayed longer but had a reservation for dinner. Plan to return and often. So happy to finally have a Nordic spa nearby and will be making a lot of use of it. The complimentary drinks were a nice touch upon arrival. Very nice environment, peaceful and beautiful. A lot of space. Plan to try some of the spa services next time as well. Nothing bad to say it was a really nice experience.

It can feel a little claustrophobic when it’s in its bus time of day, not sure where to go or what to do, but it is a gorgeous place and so relaxing! People don’t seem to follow the sign rules on doing leave personal items or robes on chairs / lounges so can make it hard to find a place to sit during busy times. Cannot wait to go back tho!! Restaurants was delish, every dedicated space from steam room to salt room is amazing, massage was fantastic, highly recommend!

Absolutely loved my visit to Wave Nordic Spa! The atmosphere is peaceful and beautifully maintained, and the hot/cold pools and saunas were incredibly relaxing. The staff were welcoming and professional. I left feeling completely refreshed — can’t wait to go back!

It was a perfect day. Despite cool temperatures, it was still very easy to relax and stay warm between the pool, hot tub, sauna and steam rooms. It is a perfect location. Restaurant has great coffee and food. A relaxing 5 hour stay and could have stayed longer!

All good! The only wish is that maybe you add some instructions for sauna for your guests? A lot of people open the sauna door and then stand outside chatting with friends while keeping the sauna door open. It, eventually, drops the heat dramatically. I feel like lots of people don’t know the sauna etiquette.

Incredible! My RMT went out of her way to provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The hydrotherapy pools, saunas, salt rooms, etc, are all top tier, and the food onsite was delicious!

Such a lovely place! I honestly prefer it over the larger Nordic spas especially for a group booking. We weren’t having to search for our friends. It’s smaller but so many options in the cycle! Staff was so kind. Very clean and new. It would be great if there was a clock/timer in the sauna to keep track of time in there.

My first experience at this spa was wonderful. It was exceptionally clean, calm, and the ambiance was lovely. I especially loved the eucalyptus and orange mint steam rooms, the hot stone beds, and the sauna. The cold plunge was amazing, I used it several times. I went with two friends and we look forward to returning in the future.

Had the best time at Wave Nordic Spa with friends. We kicked things off with a mimosa, then spent the day relaxing in the thermal pools, steam rooms and saunas. The atmosphere was peaceful, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and everything was super clean. Perfect mix of chill vibes and quality time—can’t wait to go back!

My friend and I came down from Sarnia for the day we had a excellent experience. Being welcomed with complimentary mimosas. We enjoyed a nice massage before jumping into trying all the amenities. The relaxation room was a very nice quiet area where i was able to spend some time reading while my friend was in her treatment. Our favourites were the lemon steam room and the hot stone beds. Beautiful, very clean facility with wonderful amenities.

We had the greatest time! Have never been before but we most definitely will be coming back. I am definitely thankful for the cold plunge, the saunas had me all hot and bothered haha bring a book too, if that tickles your fancy. Amazing little gem. We were there is a hail and thunder storm....the staff were diligent about watching the sky and having us out of the pools during times of lightening - however the stone beds, steam rooms and saunas were all still available the entire day. It was a true Nordic Spa experience. Thanks for a great day

Excellent experience at Wave! The facilities are beautiful and cleanly. I appreciated that the change rooms and showers were spacious. The pools, hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, and relaxation rooms were excellent. It was also nice that it wasn't over crowded! We will definitely be back!

I had a delightful day at the spa with my husband! We were warmly welcomed by a lovely lady who served us refreshing mimosas. After a brief tour, we started in the steam room, beautifully scented with orange essential oil, followed by a rejuvenating cold plunge. By 11 AM, I indulged in an amazing massage by Mandy. Lunch at Kalos was a highlight, with delicious fish tacos and sweet potato fries. We then returned for round two of relaxation. Everything was fantastic! I just wish we could have enjoyed more than a mimosa in the spa area, but the serene atmosphere and light attendance made it.

We had a good day at Wave. All of the hydrotherapy could have been stronger (eg sauna hotter, cold tub colder) and some floor boards were broken in the sauna, but we had a good day.

I had a fantastic time at Wave! My friend and I went there for a relaxing girls day. The staff were friendly, the pools were clean, the saunas were amazing (especially the scented steam rooms). Yes, the hot tub can get a little crowded but people were on rotation and my friend and I still got a chance to enjoy it. That evening that we were there, there was a snow storm and it was so fun to be in the warm pool while snow was collecting on our heads. Very unique experience! We'll be going again :)

Was a wonderful day. The atmosphere was lovely. Smaller scale than many, but still offered so many amenities, hot tub, warm pool, dry saunas, citrus & eucalyptus saunas, warm beds, fires, cold plunge, relaxation rooms and hammocks. The food in the restaurant was great, too. Lovely day. Next time we will get a massage too.
