Genuinely the best experience i’ve ever had, the customer service and aesthetics is a 10/10, not only that but honestly the best in business when it comes to lashes and eyebrows, they will give you exactly what you want without it causing any irritations either, when i went for the first time i didn’t hesitate to book another appointment. One thing about Beauty Collective is that their clients’ satisfaction comes first! Sarah has religiously always done my brows because she knows how I like them done however, this time she was not able to see me. I was left in the very capable hands of Mecayla who just started at the salon. She was super friendly and has ample experience. My treatments were amazing, especially the head massage during my dermaplaning. Sarah also checked in to make sure I was well taken care of because she knows how I am about my brows. I cannot wait to return when I’m back in Cape Town! Thank you xx

I've been seeing Ray-Ann for my laser since January 2023 and 7 months later, I have only gotten more comfortable. She has the best affordability in Cape Town and her professionalism is astounding! Every appointment has brought me excitement. Always polite, asking about my well-being and how I am feeling with the results of the laser, and ALWAYS making sure I am comfortable; the bed is heated, the room is warm, the laser settings are comfortable. All I am to do is to relax and Ray-Ann makes sure of that.

The lash tech is incredibly gentle and caring throughout the whole process, making it such a relaxing experience. She’s also super sweet, professional, and really pays attention to detail.
