Vy was so so lovely and did a thorough consultation before cutting my hair, even giving me recommendations on what she thought looked best, which I haven’t experienced with stylists at other salons so I really appreciated! The service was so comforting and professional, and the end result was better than I could have imagined! The receptionist at the front was also extremely warm and friendly I didn’t catch her name though unfortunately :(. I saw Keira for the first time today for a colour, treatment and cut, and I couldn't be happier with the results! She really took the time to understand my hair and did an amazing job. My hair feels so much healthier, and the colour (copper) and cut are exactly what I was hoping for.
