After a really upsetting experience at another salon the day before, I came to Trend Hair Beauty feeling completely defeated. I had been crying and honestly thought my hair couldn’t be saved. Jay was incredibly patient, listened to my concerns, and worked with what he had instead of overpromising. He softened the harsh layers, created a much nicer U-shaped finish, and toned my hair into a beautiful cool brunette that blended away most of the chunky blonde. It’s not exactly the original look I had wanted from the beginning, but Jay restored my confidence and made my hair look so much more nat
