The owner Annik has curated a beautiful little shop in downtown vancouver/gastown, on a quiet street she stands alone but offers so many incredible services and products in her store front making her a big fish in her location. very calm and willing to take time to listen to clients. very happy with my service,and i look forward to future visits

Zin is absolutely amazing! I came to her after my lashes had been damaged from years of using lash extensions. Her treatment has made my lashes grow back healthier, longer, and stronger, and the lash lift and tint looks so good and natural. Also lasts way longer than the lash extensions I used to get!

Absolutely obsessed with my lashes! Nastasia is incredibly talented and transformed my tiny, sparse natural lashes into gorgeous full glam volume while keeping them lightweight and comfortable. I switched to LED lashes due to sensitivity and for better retention, and I’m so happy I did. She’s knowledgeable, meticulous and truly an expert at what she does. My lashes look full, soft, and beautifully styled, and my brows have the perfect shape. Nastasia was gentle, professional, and paid great attention to every detail. I highly recommend Frances Lash & Brows! Darya is incredibly professional, talented, and excellent at what she does. I have very sensitive eyes and have always struggled with lash extensions causing irritation and discomfort. Darya's latest technology is amazing. There was no stinging, no redness, and my eyes felt completely comfortable throughout the process. The lashes are also lightweight and natural that I genuinely feel like I'm not wearing extensions at all. I am so thrilled with the end result!
