Abi is always so friendly and makes me feel relaxed, I have been going to her for a couple of years now and I feel like she knows me, there is never any pressure to do more or less. I have been happy with all the treatments that I have had and I know if there is ever a problem, she will do everything to help resolve it, luckily there never is 😃

Leon was a professional the massage room had an amazing feeling. The plants smell set the massage off to a perfect start, absolutely amazing. Such warm healing hands and the massage was the best as the next day I could move better than usual and felt so good. Shame it can't be that way every day. But 💯 % and more the oil smells good too. Highly recommend Act2Recovery! I was struggling with persistent knee pain and aching legs from sitting for long hours at my office desk. Aby is just so nice and makes you feel at ease I'm quite a stressed out person as I have adhd but aby always makes me feel at ease and does a great job I went fir a top up today and. I love the results can't with to see my lips when they've all settled thanks aby you are the best x

I don't often leave reviews but had to make an exception this time! I had been suffering from pain in my neck and back for a long time, with minimal relief despite trying multiple measures and seeking help from my GP. I decided to try Act2recovery on the recommendation of a friend who had also benefitted from their expertise. Act2recovery was professional throughout, from the easy booking to the specialist assessments and the treatments they recommended. I was surprised at how effective it was. My pain is now almost completely gone. I will definitely be returning to them. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended for massage and rehabilitation. Vishnu has made my pain vanished in literally couple of seatings. He carefully listened and examined my side of concern. And then he worked on it. Truly professional and friendly service that too at your own place.

Truly amazing yet again! I came to Samantha a few months ago for a Lymphatic drainage massage! And now followed up with a 90 full massage. Thanks to Samantha my swollen legs have gone down loads and now all my tension has been worked out of the rest of my body. Highly recommend. I will be making this a regular thing :)
