Megan is amazing as always with my hair, like most people im always skeptical when it comes to my hair and every single time i come for my appointment i leave a very happy client. She even squeezed me in when i was so desperate for extensions. 10/10 and place is beautifully decorated

Absolutely amazing 👏 🤩 summer has gone above and beyond to sort my hair out after another salon in Newquay messed it up I shall now in future be travelling over an hour to plymouth to have the wonderful kind and talented summer to do my hair I absolutely love it and so greatful for the wonderful style and cut she has done. First time at Vaughans Hair and Beauty and I can honestly say what a treat. My beard had gone full wildebeest but Anna worked her magic and transformed me into something resembling a well groomed supermodel. Or at least someone who no longer frightens children! The whole experience was incredibly relaxing and one of the calmest trims I’ve had in ages. The salon has such a peaceful vibe and the view of Plymouth Sound and Drakes Island was genuinely stunning. Huge thanks to Anna for the care the chat and the craft. I’ll definitely be back.

I had gel toes done by senior nail tech and it was done within a good time frame enabling me to meet a time for a prior engagement. It didn't take as long as what is advertised and the standard of the work was the best I have found so far in Plymouth. I am over the moon with the service the girls give me at Ugly Bettie's and that's why I keep going back to them. Thanks girls. 🥰

It was my first time here today and I’m extremely happy with the service. I’m new to Plymouth/Plympton so finding a good salon was quite nerving as I’m fussy with my hair, also hadn’t had it seen to for a while so needed someone to work their magic. After reading their reviews I booked in straight away for a cut and blow dry. Tia is so lovely, she’s so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. She knows her stuff. I’m looking forward to my next appointment. Definitely recommend!

Sarah was amazing as always at getting my eyelashes into a beautiful look and feel. Always making me feel so comfortable and relaxed so I can enjoy the ‘me’ time away from work and family commitments.

Ness as always outstanding, been waxed by her for over 14 years, infact I only see Ness for this when I visit family in Plymouth every 6 to 8 weeks from Portsmouth.

So lovely and nice, super girly environment too. I don’t live in Plymouth so struggled to search for a good tech. Happy I went with Sarah. She ordered colours in for me too! Amazing!! Xx

Nadia was extremely professional and efficient. I felt really comfortable with her during my Hollywood wax. Has definitely been my best wax experience in Plymouth!

Stevie is the best. I've had many treatments with her eyelashes extensions, brow lamination, fibroblasting, wax and tints. She's always so welcoming and I always look forward to going! Would always recommend!

As an eyelash technician myself, and religiously getting eyelash extensions for years.. I know a good tech when I meet one! Not only is Victoria a lovely person but she puts a lot of effort and thought into what she does. Love my eyelashes and had a lot of compliments on how big and open my eyes look today. New eyelash tech!! Yippee.
