Kirstie was brilliant. This isn’t your standard health and beauty salon. Kirstie has a great understanding of the body and provided exactly what I needed. I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage to help recover from the gym. The studio itself is modern, smells incredible and felt very welcoming. I cannot recommend highly enough😁

Excellent - very welcoming and the traditional Thai massage is certainly an experience. Lots of focus on a painful shoulder too which I can honestly has seen some serious relief today. 5/5 cheers ladies

The best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had, amazing hot stone massages, incredible Pro Glow facials that leave my skin glowing and sculpted, perfect brows every time, and gel pedicures that feel like walking on clouds. Highly recommend Act2Recovery! I was struggling with persistent knee pain and aching legs from sitting for long hours at my office desk. After my sports massage treatment, I noticed a significant reduction in pain and stiffness, and my legs felt much lighter and more mobile. The treatment was professional, targeted, and tailored to my specific issues rather than being a generic massage. I also received helpful advice on managing the problem and preventing it from returning.

This is the first time I feel anyone spent time to get to know my hair properly as part of the styling consultation. Jenny worked with my natural hair not against, noticing my hair was curly (news to me). Jenny offered me advice/ products to trial between appointments to help me decide- she is so knowledgeable! The whole team were so welcoming and made me feel relaxed and included. I knew I had complete confidence in Jenny so I let her work her magic! I now have bouncy sun-kissed natural curls, which I LOVE! I’m so chuffed with my new look and I am never going anywhere else again!

I had the most fabulous deep tissue massage with Kreshmee, she got into my tight muscles & they feel so much better for it, but it was also thoroughly relaxing. I would highly recommend The Glam Lab.

I don't often leave reviews but had to make an exception this time! I had been suffering from pain in my neck and back for a long time, with minimal relief despite trying multiple measures and seeking help from my GP. I decided to try Act2recovery on the recommendation of a friend who had also benefitted from their expertise. Act2recovery was professional throughout, from the easy booking to the specialist assessments and the treatments they recommended. I was surprised at how effective it was. My pain is now almost completely gone. I will definitely be returning to them. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend act2recovery! He literally has magic in his hands. I always feel so incredibly good and relaxed after a massage.
