I had gel toes done by senior nail tech and it was done within a good time frame enabling me to meet a time for a prior engagement. It didn't take as long as what is advertised and the standard of the work was the best I have found so far in Plymouth. I am over the moon with the service the girls give me at Ugly Bettie's and that's why I keep going back to them. Thanks girls. 🥰

I had two treatments with Shannon over consecutive days. Press therapy and a facial. She took great care to explain the treatments and what to expect. She tailored the facial which I really appreciated. Great salon and very calming. I’ll visit again when I’m next in Plymouth.

It was my first time here today and I’m extremely happy with the service. I’m new to Plymouth/Plympton so finding a good salon was quite nerving as I’m fussy with my hair, also hadn’t had it seen to for a while so needed someone to work their magic. After reading their reviews I booked in straight away for a cut and blow dry. Tia is so lovely, she’s so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. She knows her stuff. I’m looking forward to my next appointment. Definitely recommend!

I have never experienced such a professional and passionate worker. She really cared and I am so happy with my wax. I had a Hollywod and full legs and I will come back every time. In 18 years in Plymouth no one other before made me leave happy, pain free and satisfied with the final result. No patches! The lady will grab the tweezers and pluck out anything that is left, she is so easy to talk to and not one moment of embarrassment! And is not expansive at all!

My son just had a fantastic bespoke teen facial with Kresh, and he couldn't stop talking about it when he got home! He absolutely loved the treatment and is already excited to go back. He said his skin feels so clear and smooth now. Since he's still young and figuring out his skin, Kresh shared some really helpful tips on how to keep it healthy and manage teen acne. Shannon was amazing, absolutely brilliant and one of the nicest people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting and chatting with. I had what I thought was just a few skin tags and lesions that I was keen to sort out before getting married in 4 weeks time but it turned out to be many more than both myself and Shannon expected. She helped to calm my nervousness, as I was a bit apprehensive about getting this done and she did a fantastic job. Thank you so much Shannon, you should add that you’re a calming, caring and understanding therapist to your skill set as well.

My 2nd visit to Pin and Pose and I have been so impressed both Tim’s. Caroline is a lovely lady. Very friendly and makes you feel at ease. Have to be honest Caroline does one of the best inverted bobs in Plymouth. Definitely now a regular customer.

The hairdresser who cut my daughter’s hair was amazing, he did a complete consultation with us both and then explained why he was going to do something a certain way. Definitely going to rebook with him again

Having just moved to Plymouth, I was on the look out for a new nail salon. Carra stepped outside with a brochure for me and kindly squeezed me in for a walk-in appointment. A beautiful environment, professional service and such welcoming ladies. Lots of services available and plenty of nail colours to choose from. I’m very pleased with my builder gel manicure and I’ll certainly be re-visiting this lovely place. Thank you again, Carra! ☺️
