Had a great experience. I was a bit nervous as it was a new place and wasn't sure what to expect but she made me feel at ease. Thank you for doing my make up. I felt so good and confident afterwards. What an amazing birthday party for my 8 year old and her friends. It’s the most relaxed we’ve ever felt at a party and Sophie and her team couldn’t do enough for us and for the girls. Highly recommend the pamper parties here, the girls were treated like princesses and were made to feel so special with all their treatments, and their lovely party bags too. Thank you so much Sophie for such a lovely morning… we’ll defo.be back soon!! x

Alina was lovely, her attention to detail is amazing, my nails have never looked so good, I love the shape and colour and they feel so light as if they were my natural nail compared to other extensions I’ve had done elsewhere. It was my first visit but certainly not my last!

Bought the signature Japanese head massage plus some add ons as a Valentine’s gift for my boyfriend. The original appointment had to be rescheduled due to a broken pump, however the staff were absolutely lovely about the rearrangements and I couldn’t be happier with their efforts. Thank you so much! My boyfriend had an absolutely phenomenal time, and said it was well worth the wait. He can’t wait to go again, so we will definitely be booking more visits in the future!

Kresh did my facial today and she was absolutely brilliant!! I went for a bespoke facial and we began with any skin concerns I may have, she was very knowledgeable and professional. She explained each step during the facial and also gave a head/shoulder massage during the facial. I left feeling very happy and relaxed and my skin looks amazing. Will 100% be recommending Kresh to friends and family and have already booked in again for my next facial.

I had a full body deep tissue massage which if I could would be 10/10. Professional, friendly service with Kresh who is very knowledgeable and gives great advice 👌🤩🤩
