Knowledgeable, thorough, and reassuring Had a shoulder blade issue that was worrying me, and Anthony put my mind at ease immediately. His assessment was thorough, he tested passive vs. active movement to pinpoint that it was muscular rather than structural. He explained it was likely a rhomboid strain from golf/sports and gave me specific advice on which exercises to modify while I recover. I appreciated that he recognised I'm an active person and gave practical guidance that lets me continue training safely. Highly recommend!

The best sunbed in Chelmsford. Modern sunbeds,spotless clean. Staff so friendly! If you want nice tan,defo recommended!

Jess is extremely professional, making you feel relaxed and at ease the entire time. I highly recommend Jess for massage (and hot stone!) treatment if you are feeling it with your training. Jess is an excellent communicator, very knowledgeable and I wouldn't trust anyone else.

Good session. I couldn't touch my toes before the treatment and was anticipating a long spell on the sidelines. but now I'm in a back better place and look forward to returning to light training next week.

After Chris successfully treated my ankle injury last year, I returned recently for a diagnostic ultrasound and physio assessment on my knee. As before, the session was professional, insightful, and clearly tailored to my running training. I highly recommend!

I went to see Jess after experiencing a lot of soreness and tightness in my neck, shoulders and upper back. Jess gave an excellent massage and was very professional. I left feeling very relaxed and with a lot more range of motion in my neck. The hot stones really made a difference! Thank you Jess!

Adam was excellent – listened to the problems surrounding my injury and was also sympathetic in knowing I wanted to get on the start line for an upcoming marathon I'd been training for. Shared knowledge and gave me exercises that worked.
