Rachel is always so welcoming. She has created a really warm and cosy space for her clients 😌In terms of treatments, she nails it every time. I go for the brow lamination and lash lift and tint combo. I am always happy with the results. Would absolutely recommend ❤️

I had gel toes done by senior nail tech and it was done within a good time frame enabling me to meet a time for a prior engagement. It didn't take as long as what is advertised and the standard of the work was the best I have found so far in Plymouth. I am over the moon with the service the girls give me at Ugly Bettie's and that's why I keep going back to them. Thanks girls. 🥰

I had two treatments with Shannon over consecutive days. Press therapy and a facial. She took great care to explain the treatments and what to expect. She tailored the facial which I really appreciated. Great salon and very calming. I’ll visit again when I’m next in Plymouth.

I have never experienced such a professional and passionate worker. She really cared and I am so happy with my wax. I had a Hollywod and full legs and I will come back every time. In 18 years in Plymouth no one other before made me leave happy, pain free and satisfied with the final result. No patches! The lady will grab the tweezers and pluck out anything that is left, she is so easy to talk to and not one moment of embarrassment! And is not expansive at all!

First time at Vaughans Hair and Beauty and I can honestly say what a treat. My beard had gone full wildebeest but Anna worked her magic and transformed me into something resembling a well groomed supermodel. Or at least someone who no longer frightens children! The whole experience was incredibly relaxing and one of the calmest trims I’ve had in ages. The salon has such a peaceful vibe and the view of Plymouth Sound and Drakes Island was genuinely stunning. Huge thanks to Anna for the care the chat and the craft. I’ll definitely be back.

I had a lash lift and tint done at flow aesthetics and I was so impressed with the whole experience. Shannon was very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable, being lovely and chatty, and talking me through the process as I hadn't had this treatment before. The treatment room was a very clean and relaxing environment. I am so happy with the results of the lift! I would definitely recommend flow, great treatments delivered by lovely, genuine people, I will definitely be using them in the future. ☺️

Nadia was extremely professional and efficient. I felt really comfortable with her during my Hollywood wax. Has definitely been my best wax experience in Plymouth!

Ness as always outstanding, been waxed by her for over 14 years, infact I only see Ness for this when I visit family in Plymouth every 6 to 8 weeks from Portsmouth.

Elena was so lovely I had a pedicure got a coffee on arrival and a lovely treatment as I don’t live in Plymouth I didn’t know where to go and I’m so glad I went to Muse, will be coming again when we come back to visit.

Love my lash lift so much, the most perfect curl - I feel like I have extensions. Victoria is so talented I wouldn’t go to anyone else for my lashes (or skin!) Xx
