Fabulous spa. All of the staff are warm and welcoming. Luxe Mani and luxe Pedi’s were so relaxing. And the gents loved their Gents Mani and Pedis and massages too. For one of the party it was their first manicure ever and he loved it too. Thank you to everyone for being so accommodating with rearranging times and fitting all 4 of us in as a group at very short notice. Highly recommend the team there.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience here! The staff are incredibly friendly, making me feel so welcome from the moment I arrived. A special shoutout to Maria, who did my nails with such care and precision—she’s truly skilled and gentle. I couldn’t be happier with the results! Everything about Urban Crush is amazing. It starts with the delicious ice cream-toned interior and plush seating, which is complimented by the friendly and professional staff and excellent treatments. I visited the salon in my birthday and was treated to a glass of bubbles and Lindt chocolates that were out of this world. Monica was my therapist and she was just right: she was friendly and sassy, while still giving me my space to enjoy my birthday my way. And my pedi is flawless! I’m visiting Cape Town this week but wish I lived here as Sbongile’s work is immaculate! It was literally the best paint job I’ve ever had. I cannot fault her attention to detail. She was also really personable and it was lovely just getting to chat with her. If ever I find myself in Cape Town again I will be making a return visit!

It was my first time at Urban Crush, the pedicure treatment done by Shaun was perfect and I would definitely recommend him and request him for my next treatment. On the other hand, whilst I was the only client in the salon one of the staff members received a package, she opened it and immediately ran out to take photos. I was so shocked by this unprofessional behaviour at her work place. And I’m sure the owner would not appreciate it either.

Had the most amazing time, as always. Haven't been able to visit for almost a year and now that I've been there, I am kicking myself for not spoiling myself more often. My mani and pedi were done to such a high level, Jacky was so sweet in the front recommending colours and just adding a lovely personal touch. Natasha made me laugh as always. Just a really nice family feel but with high spa level services and yet super affordable. How they do it, I don't know. Amazing! Can't wait to be back!!
