The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, my gel manicure looks flawless, excellent quality and the nail technician really takes their time to perfect the shape and design. Portia did an amazing job on my intricate nail art and the whole experience was very relaxing. Love the clean and welcoming atmosphere, the pedicures here is top notch with a bonus great foot massage.

Finally! I have been unable to find the perfect colourist since moving to Cape Town two years ago, until now that is. Ronel is fantastic and definitely knows her way around BLONDES. I had a hair makeover done and I am beyond satisfied with the results.

This is an incredible space, with both a beauty spa and a barber. With a warm and inviting atmosphere we were lead to the dynamic waiting area and coffee shop. So dad can chill and wait while mom gets all her treatments done. Staff are engaging and were quick and eager to answer any queries. The best and obvious part is they know how to work with 4c hair, and gave the never impressed 17 year old a beautiful head of coils. I have no complaints and will definitely be back again and again.

After seeing my friend’s nails (which were quite literally perfect) and hearing great reviews about Carlyn, I booked an appointment. Carlyn is hands down the best in the city.
